Event Dates and Times:

Booth Setup:

Thursday, July 11th starting at 8am
Friday, July 12th 8a-10a (morning of the event)

*All booths must be setup and ready to go by 10am Friday


Booth Take Down:

Saturday, July 13th 7p-10p (end of the event)

*All booths must remain setup and functioning until the Bash event ends at 7pm Saturday, unless strictly authorized to do otherwise by Ultimate Sports Bash staff.


Booths Include:

  • 10×10 and larger exhibitor booths –
  • Choice of booth location (in order of paid reservation)
  • One 8 ft. skirted table (black)
  • Two padded chairs
  • 8′ high back drape and 3′ high side drape (black)
  • Two (2) Exhibitor Pass tickets ($120 value)
  • Four (4) pre-paid 1-Day Tickets for giveaways to promote you will be at the event, additional helpers, family, friends, and/or preferred clients ($160 value)
  • Free consultation with our experts on maximizing your experience at the Bash
  • Listing in our online directory pointing people to your business
  • An affiliate link that will earn you money for tickets sold through your link

Electrical direct to your booth will be available for an additional fee (see “electricity” section)
Wireless or hardwire internet will be available for an additional fee (see “internet” section)

Trading card tables –

· No open space, one 6’ skirted table only (black)

· Choice of table location in the trading card zone (in order of paid reservation)

· Two padded chairs

· Two (2) Exhibitor Pass tickets ($120 value)

· Four (4) pre-paid 1-Day Tickets for giveaways to promote you will be at the event, additional helpers, family, friends, and/or preferred clients ($160 value)

Booth Location:

After registration our exhibitor coordinator will reach out to you to help you select your booth location. This will be conducted in order of paid reservations.

Exhibitor Consultation:

As the event gets closer, we will reach out to you to schedule your free consultation with one of our experts. This consultation is an opportunity for you to borrow from our experience with events and generate ideas you can implement, custom to your business, so you can maximize your experience of having a booth at the Bash.

Electricity:

Electricity options will be provided through our third-party vender, JP Display, who will be handling all electricity orders and setup. Within a week after the purchase of your booth or table space you will receive an email with a link to order any electricity options you may need.

Prices start at $95 for Thursday-Saturday for one 5-amp/110-volt outlet (powers phones, tablets, computers, most household items – all most exhibitors will need).

You are welcome to bring a power strip if you need more connections.

There will be additional options for more outlets or higher amperage for machinery, if needed. Each electricity package can be made custom to your specific booth or table needs.

Orders must be placed in advance of the event.

Internet:

Wireless internet will be available for $60 per device/per day, provided wirelessly by the MACU Expo Center during the event. There is no need to pre-order this. Just login to the internet with the device you wish to use while at the event and you will be prompted through the purchase process.

Hardwired internet lines will be $200 per connection/per day, provided by the MACU Expo Center, ordered ahead through our third-party vendor, JP Display. Within a week after the purchase of your booth or table space you will receive an email with a link to order any hardwire internet options you may need. Orders for hardwired internet must be placed in advance of the event.

Booth Sharing:

Booth sharing between two or more businesses is allowed with prior approval from the Ultimate Sports Bash. However, we cannot guarantee these additional businesses will be listed in our directory, depending on system limitations.

Additionally, since only one table is provided per booth space, if additional tables or chairs are needed you will have to either bring them with you or order them through JP Display after the purchase of your booth space.

Sales:

All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales and methods of taking payment.

Taxes:

All exhibitors are legally responsible for filing and paying sales tax for all sales. It is recommended that you charge customers the appropriate sales tax on purchases to avoid having to cover that bill yourself.
