For 40 years, Woody was synonymous with University of Utah Athletics. He worked as the Sports Information Director on the hill for as long as most of us can remember. He passed away in January of 2019 and his family established the Bruce Woodbury Memorial Scholarship at the U.
Bruce was the father of the Ultimate Sports Bash founder Jon Woodbury, so we naturally decided to use our very first event to raise money for this very personal worthy cause.
